Our journey began in 2000 when Sam Francis recognised the need for a different approach to supporting the non-office based worker. A solution that truly catered to the unique requirements of our customers. With a clear vision in mind, Sam Francis set out to create a company that would not only provide high-quality services but also foster genuine connections with those we serve. We are a small, tight-knit company with a big passion for what we do. Our loyal customers have been at the heart of our business since day one, and we are grateful for their unwavering support.

Lucy, our core management system does just that and is referred to as another member of the team. We have invested heavily into Lucy since her inception in 2000. As we have grown and customer demands increased, we have simply looked to automate as many processes as we can enabling our team to develop and grow.

Beyond the business aspect, we also feel strongly about giving back to the community that has supported us wholeheartedly.
